What kind of chickens is the flock made up of?
Our flock is currently made up of a variety of marans, wyandottes, easter eggers, olive eggers, orpingtons, silkies, sapphire gems, barred plymouth rock and rhode island reds. The flock is always changing so check back often for updates.
How can I order chicks?
Click on the "reserve your chicks" button on the chicken page and shoot us an email.
Are hatching dates/times guaranteed?
No! Nothing is set in stone or guaranteed, some batches hatch early while others take a little longer, and some eggs just don't hatch. We will do our best to keep everyone updated as to the status of hatchings.
What kind of ducks is the flock made up of?
Our duck flock currently contains anconas.
What kind of guinea fowl is the flock made up of?
Our guinea fowl flock currently contains royal purple and pearl guineas.
What kind of turkeys is the flock made up of?
Our turkey flock currently contains blue slate and bourbon red turkeys.
What kind of sheep is the herd made up of?
We raise katahdin and dorper hair sheep.
What are hair sheep?
Hair sheep have a coat that's more like other animal's hair, so there's no shearing required. They're better suited for brush control and meat.
What do I need to include on my order request?
Please include your name, phone number, quantity, as well as any other information on breed requests.
How long will it take to get confirmation?
We try to get back to everyone within 24-72 hours. But we aren't perfect so please be patient with us.
What payment methods are accepted?
We currently only accept cash and venmo payments upon pick-up.
Do you deliver or ship orders?
We currently only offer pick-up and local delivery to zip code 64746.
